My physics prof-friend's dad used to dowse on every one of his energy company assignments [for buried and broken wiring]. This may be one of those hidden unspoken secrets used by practical people while the bosses look the other way, or blunder on in ignorance. The situation, if that's what is happening, precisely would parallel nurses using therapeutic touch for healing when the MDs aren't around. He was walking a coned off part of the roadway, and I saw the rods cross. He pulled out his can of spray paint and promptly marked the pavement. Whatever he was marking for, he was obviously quite confident. I couldn't help wondering if the management knew about this, or he was some old-timer bucking the norm. Have a great day.Bob Kofordhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04011405404835724736noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2019724693487670016.post-10436516238551941762015-08-20T22:28:54.595-07:002015-08-20T22:28:54.595-07:00Oh, that is interesting. Colm is a very intelligent fellow and I like him [can't say that about everybody in the NIDS/Bigelow organization.] I think that Colm is an honest researcher, and believes what the Ranch investigations found, while still being an analyst about them. I have made a few statements about Colm and the higher strangeness events elsewhere on the blog. I used not to believe so, but I've switched. My physics-and-environmental-prof "best colleague friend" at Western Michigan University [who doesn't buy into hardly anything in these areas] has been using dowsing "for fun" for decades and continues to discover things about the technique that utterly confound his normal physics view of the world. He bails out on this dilemma by assuming some sort of unusual sensitivity of the metal rods to electromagnetic fields, but in my opinion he doesn't have much of a theory to account for his facts --- especially the latest ones where he found different responses over graves depending upon gender. Something paranormal is going on here. My great Grandpa was a foreman for the railroad building the line in the Tehachapi mountains of California and the Mojave Desert. He was a very good dowser and used it to find water for himself and the crew. His preference was to use a forked birch branch. It really does work!
I used to think it was the skill of the person, but I later read an article where the experiment was done by putting the dowsing rods on a contraption that would carry the rods over the water pipes without any human nearby. They were observing this from a field across the way and the rods did cross! How all this happens, I'm not sure, but I like knowing I can count on this to find water.----Mrs. C Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2019724693487670016.post-41811736644496102732015-08-17T20:31:27.193-07:002015-08-17T20:31:27.193-07:00i have pernal experience prof, about the paranorma...i have pernal experience prof, about the paranormal 6th sense / third eye thing... when i was camping with classmates back then , one of the guy who we all know can see ghost or stuff saw something on the tree, yet we all cant see anything.. he just said to us, anyone who want to see the 'thing' come to me and hold my shoulder , one person (not me) took up his offer and he put his hand on his shoulder , and that instant he got pale and stiff and return back to us.. when we query him, he said he saw a lady with white gown standing in the tree above us staring at him...

i assume that this psychic stuff can be temporarily transfered to non psychic by touching the psychic or the item that the psychic use.

thats what i get when i read about how some non dowser can also perform dowsing (i always assume dowsing is some kind of psychic event)buntalanlucuhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02058846205282464955noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2019724693487670016.post-27543466582201557502015-08-15T19:50:57.574-07:002015-08-15T19:50:57.574-07:00In the Magnolia Cemetery, owned and operated by th...In the Magnolia Cemetery, owned and operated by the city of Norfolk,Virginia, ‘dowsing rods’ are actual ‘tools’ used to locate waterlines and graves.
They were referred to as “Spook Rods” and much like Duliere I was able to test them out and to my amazement felt both effects of the rods .
The rods were in hollow ‘handles’ so they could freely move, generally ‘floating’ around and then responding by attracting or repulsing over different areas, as a waterline or some graves ….

As incredible as it may seem that this is ‘real’, it’s even mores incredible that it’s never been properly studied. Perhaps if those who have this ‘sense’ were encouraged to develop it
as those who learn to play musical instruments, maybe other areas could be found where this ‘wild talent’ could be used, searching for tumors , who knows ….mouseonmoon mikehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13920006114625021133noreply@blogger.com
